UBFO: is a bank holding company that operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, United Security Bank (the Bank). As a state-chartered commercial bank, United Security Bank offers a range of commercial banking services primarily to the business and professional community and individuals located in Fresno, Madera, Kern and Santa Clara Counties. The Bank offers a range of deposit instruments, including personal and business checking accounts and savings accounts, interest-bearing negotiable order of withdrawal (NOW) accounts, money market accounts and time certificates of deposit.
NOVB: is a bank holding company for North Valley Bank (NVB). The Company's principal business consists of attracting deposits from the general public and using the funds to originate commercial, real estate, and installment loans to customers, who are predominately small and middle-market businesses, and middle-income individuals. The Company's primary source of revenue is interest income from its loan and investment securities portfolios. HAFC: is the holding company for Hanmi Bank (the Bank). Hanmi Bank is a state-chartered bank. The Bank is a community bank conducting general business banking, with its primary market encompassing the Korean-American community, as well as other communities in the multi-ethnic populations of Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, San Diego County, the San Francisco Bay area, and the Silicon Valley area in Santa Clara County.
