FRME: a financial holding company. Through its bank subsidiaries, the Company offers a range of financial services, including accepting time, savings and demand deposits; making consumer, commercial, agri-business and real estate mortgage loans; renting safe deposit facilities; providing personal and corporate trust services; providing full-service brokerage, and providing other corporate services, letters of credit and repurchase agreements. MFSF: a savings and loan holding company that has a wholly owned subsidiary MutualBank (the Bank). The Company's principal business consists of attracting retail deposits from the general public and investing those funds primarily in loans secured by first mortgages on owner-occupied, one- to four-family residences, a variety of consumer loans, loans secured by commercial and multi-family real estate and commercial business loans. The Bank is a financial institution offering a variety of financial services.
FBMI: is a financial holding company. The wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company are Firstbank (Alma), Firstbank (West Michigan), Firstbank (Mt.Pleasant), Firstbank (West Branch), Firstbank (St. Johns), Keystone Community Bank, Firstbank (West Michigan) and FBMI Risk Management Services, Inc (a captive insurance company). The Company's subsidiaries offers banking services, the acceptance of checking, savings, and time deposits and the making of commercial, mortgage (principally single family), home improvement, automobile, and other consumer loans. Trust services are offered to customers through Citizens Bank Wealth Management).
