The Bank is principally engaged in the business of attracting deposits from the general public and using such deposits, together with borrowings and other funds, to originate commercial, commercial real estate, one-to-four family residential mortgage and consumer loans. The Company invests in certain investment and mortgage-related securities using deposits and other borrowings as funding sources.

OSBK: the holding company for Osage Federal Bank (the Bank). The Bank is a federally chartered stock savings bank. The Bank conducts a traditional community bank operation, offering retail banking services, one- to four-family mortgage loans, multi-family, commercial and other real estate mortgage loans, construction loans, automobile loans, second mortgage loans and other consumer loans. The Bank operates from its main office in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, and branch offices in Bartlesville and Barnsdall, Oklahoma.
