SVT: manufactures and markets advanced technology products consisting primarily of control components and consumer products consisting of knives and various types of cutlery. During the year ended December 31, 2008, approximately 42% of the Company's revenues were derived from contracts with agencies of the United States Government or their prime contractors and their subcontractors. The Company's Consumer Products Group (CPG) develops new commercial products for government and military applications. The Company manufactures its consumer products in Franklinville, New York and Titusville, Pennsylvania and its advanced technology products in Elma, New York. ETN: a diversified power management company. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of electrical components and systems for power quality, distribution and control; hydraulics components, systems and services for industrial and mobile equipment; aerospace fuel, hydraulics and pneumatic systems for commercial and military use, and truck and automotive drivetrain and powertrain systems for performance, fuel economy and safety. In July 2009, the Company announced that Eaton's Automotive and Truck Groups are being consolidated into one operating unit. AZZ: an electrical equipment and components manufacturer, serving the global markets of power generation, transmission and distribution, and the general industrial markets. The Company is also a provider of hot dip galvanizing services to the steel fabrication market nationwide. AZZ offers products through two business segments: the Electrical and Industrial Products Segment, and the Galvanizing Services Segment. The Electrical and Industrial Products Segment produces engineered specialty electrical products, industrial lighting and tubular products, all of which the Company markets and sells both domestic and international markets. The Galvanizing Services Segment provides hot dip galvanizing to the steel fabrication industry through facilities located throughout the South, Midwest and Southwest United States. |
